This Privacy Policy describes how Mollaei Inc. (“Mollaei Inc.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit events.tovlaw.com(the “Site”), purchase tickets, or attend events such as Claude for Lawyers Live (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

Information you provide directly. When you purchase a ticket, register for an event, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, firm name, billing address, and any other information you choose to provide.

Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (currently Stripe, Inc.). We do not collect or store full credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment instrument data on our systems. Payment information is provided directly to our payment processor subject to their privacy and security practices.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, clicks, taps, scroll depth, and general geographic location inferred from IP address.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

2. Third-Party Analytics & Advertising

We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood, and we do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising except through the advertising partners listed above, which you can opt out of;
  • The right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information;
  • The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

9. International Users
